First-fix electrics before the plasterboard goes up. Plumbing rough-in before the walls are skimmed. Tiling after the plastering is dry. Flooring last of all, after every other trade has finished. If any one of these happens out of sequence, something has to come back down, and that costs time and money.
When you hire a kitchen company to fit the kitchen and then separately manage a plumber, electrician, plasterer and tiler, you carry the coordination risk yourself. When one trade runs late, the next one can’t start, and you’re the one making the calls and absorbing the delay.
GSM carries every trade in-house. Gaz sequences the work correctly from the start and is on site throughout. You have one number to call, one team to trust, and one invoice at the end.
