Gaz and his team recently converted my detached garage to create an office/gym space with loo and shower. It's always tricky to choose a builder, but I'm so glad I decided to go with GSM. Gaz himself was excellent. He kept me continually updated, letting me know when the lads would be onsite, sharing plans and progress. He checked in regularly via phone and dropped in for site checks and to chat face to face. He gave good advice when I needed to make 101 decisions without being pushy or impatient. When a window was ordered slightly incorrectly, he was open and transparent, quickly reordering without any pressure to accept the original one. All his lads were brilliant. The standard of their work is fantastic, and they were polite, accommodating and took a lot of care not to damage or create mess in the surrounding areas. Nathan led the day to day onsite and gave me complete confidence in his workmanship and that of the rest of the team. The plaster (sorry missed his name!) was also exceptionally good. They all took pride in their work and finished to a very high quality. The end result is fantastic, exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable cost. GSM will be my first call for any further work and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks GSM!

GSM Construction converted a detached garage into a fully finished office and gym space, complete with a WC and shower room. The project involved full structural work, first and second fix, plastering, tiling, and a bespoke window. Gaz managed the project personally throughout, site visits, regular updates, and hands-on problem solving when a window arrived incorrectly specified.
