GSM Construction converted an existing conservatory into a fully insulated extension with a warm roof system and underfloor heating, then knocked through into the existing kitchen to create an open, connected space. The new kitchen was designed and installed as part of the same contract. A full schedule of works was agreed upfront and adhered to throughout.
